What we collect

When you apply for the Retention Masters Audit, the form asks for:

• Your name and email address
• Your store URL and, optionally, your role
• An approximate monthly revenue range
• The email, SMS and other marketing platforms you use
• Your main challenge, your timeline, and anything you choose to add

If you use the Leak Finder, your answers are processed in your browser. They are only sent to us if you choose to send them with the optional form (which asks for your email address and, optionally, your name and store URL), or if you apply for an audit afterwards, in which case your list of likely leaks is included with the application. Until then they stay in your browser tab's session storage, which clears when you close the tab.

The 'what would more second orders be worth' calculator runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is sent or stored.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We don't ask for payment details or sensitive personal information through this site, so please don't include them.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, to review your store and assess whether GrowLTV is a good fit, and to follow up on that conversation or a resulting engagement. We don't add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Submissions and replies are handled through email. These providers process the information to deliver their services, under their own terms and privacy policies.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy before we add them. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request details, to operate and secure the service.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for the conversation or engagement it relates to, and delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email ashish@supportab.com and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
